Notes
- Request anesthesiologist in network
After birth (30–90 days)
- Add baby to insurance within the special-enrollment window (often 30 days)
- Request a full itemized bill, not just the summary statement
- Match every EOB to a line item; flag duplicates (mom + baby charged for same service)
